BeMatrix Construction System is based on modular aluminium frames with high-quality fabric graphics stretched over them. The precise fit of the graphics creates a seamless, smooth wall surface with no visible structural profiles or connections between the modules.
The price covers: construction and equipment (table and chairs, counter with bar stool, carpet, halogen spotlights, 230V power socket, trash bin, coat stand, lockable storage room) and printing services (graphic files to be provided by the Exhibitor). The standard booth structure cannot be modified; additional equipment may be ordered.

Custom stand construction by an external contractor
Provided by a contractor other than the venue’s official stand constructor. The stand design must be approved by the organizers. The exhibitor will be charged separately for electrical and technical connections.
Rules regarding exhibitor badges
Exhibitor and co-exhibitor badges grant access to the Exhibition Hall, the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, and the Welcome Reception.
Single booths
2 badges for the first 9 sqm, plus 1 badge for each additional 9 sqm (maximum of 10 badges per booth).
No additional badges will be granted.
Pavilions / Shared booths
- The allowed number of co-exhibitors within the pavilion will be determined on a “7 sqm per co-exhibitor” basis.
- Free of charge badges: 2 badges for the first 9 sqm; 1 badge for each additional 9 sqm (maximum of 4 badges for the pavilion organizer and 2 badges for each co-exhibitor).
